Casa Isobel is a generous 4-bedroom villa set just off Areias dos Moinhos, within walking distance of central Carvoeiro and an easy stroll to Centeanes beach. With its own pool (heatable on request), air conditioning throughout, and a master suite that's a small apartment in itself, it's a comfortable base for a family or two couples sharing.
The standout is the upstairs master bedroom: a private en-suite sitting room and shower room, opening onto a generous terrace with views across the local countryside and out to the sea. A genuinely lovely space to retreat to at the end of the day.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are four good-sized bedrooms in total. The upstairs master bedroom comes with its own en-suite sitting room, shower room, and a generous private terrace with countryside and sea views. A ground-floor bedroom has its own en-suite shower/bathroom - useful for anyone who'd rather not deal with stairs. The remaining two bedrooms share a bath/shower room, and there's a separate cloakroom for guests.
That's three bath/shower rooms plus a cloakroom in total - plenty for a full house.
Living Space
The sitting room sits at the heart of the villa, with three sofas and a flat-screen TV with UK channels. Patio doors open onto the pool terrace. The dining room leads off it, with an enclosed atrium just beyond, a peaceful, shaded spot with a Portuguese tiled bench and table for quieter moments.
Kitchen & Breakfast Area
The modern kitchen is well sized and well equipped, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob. The adjoining breakfast room has its own table and chairs, and patio doors that lead straight out to the garden.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
The pool is a good size, with optional heating for cooler months. The terrace is laid out with tables and chairs, and a BBQ to one side, comfortable for long lunches and easy al fresco evenings. The master bedroom's private upstairs terrace offers a separate, more sheltered outdoor space with the best views in the house.

Casa Isobel sits just off the popular Areias dos Moinhos neighbourhood, around a 15-minute walk to Carvoeiro's restaurants and bars, with a further 5 minutes on to the main beach and square.
Centeanes beach is also within easy walking distance, around 10 minutes the other way.
Once a fishing village, Carvoeiro has grown into a thriving holiday resort while keeping much of its old-town charm, whitewashed houses, painted boats, and a clifftop walk that traces the coast east toward the Algar Seco rock formations.
Several more beaches sit within a 15-minute drive, including Praia da Marinha and the famous Benagil sea cave.
Around 10 minutes by car you'll find three championship 18-hole golf courses, Slide & Splash water park, and the daily market town of Lagoa.
A little further (around 20 minutes) is Zoomarine, where the children can swim with dolphins.
