Tucked away in the leafy, quiet neighbourhood of Vale de Milho, Casa Colina is a comfortable and well-appointed 4-bedroom villa just a few minutes' drive, or a pleasant 20–25 minute walk, from the centre of Carvoeiro. With air conditioning throughout, single-storey living, and a generous pool terrace, it's a wonderful base for families and groups of up to 8 adults (or any mix of adults and children), plus space for 1 baby in a cot.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The villa offers four bedrooms — two twins and two doubles — sleeping up to 8 guests. The twin rooms can be configured as twins or joined to form double beds, giving flexibility for different group setups. Both double rooms include an in-room safe for guests' valuables.
There are three bathrooms in total:
Bedroom 1 en-suite: walk-in shower, double sink, WC and bidet
Bedroom 2 en-suite: walk-in shower, sink and WC
Shared bathroom (serving the twin rooms): bath with shower, double sink and WC
An additional cloakroom with WC and sink sits just off the hallway. A cot and highchair are included in the rental price.
Living Spaces
The lounge is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating and a TV offering English and a wide range of international channels. Free, reliable Wi-Fi is included throughout. For winter stays, a log fire in the lounge generates wonderful warmth — and we're happy to offer a discount on advertised prices for winter rentals of over three weeks.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
Casa Colina is set on one level, with just a few steps down to the pool and terrace. The pool measures approximately 9.5 x 4.8 metres and includes an adjoining children's/toddler's pool at one end. Safety gates can be closed to keep little ones out of the pool area when supervision isn't possible.
Two main seating areas with tables and chairs sit alongside the pool — perfect for relaxing and keeping an eye on children in the water. A purpose-built BBQ is positioned for easy al fresco dining. The terrace is equipped with 6 sunbeds, 2 lounger beds, and two large parasols, with an additional sunshade outside the lounge.
Parking
There's parking at the villa for several cars, plus a carport for shaded parking.
Getting There
Faro Airport is approximately 45 minutes away. We're happy to recommend a trusted local transfer company, typically more economical than standard taxis, and familiar with all local villa addresses for hassle-free arrival.
