Casa Vista
A modern apartment with sea views, moments from the beach
Casa Vista is a bright, third-floor apartment set right in the heart of Carvoeiro just 100 metres from the beach, the square, and the village's restaurants and shops. With sea views from the balcony, air conditioning throughout, and a generous communal roof terrace, it's an easy, comfortable base for couples or a small family wanting to be in the thick of village life without the hire car.
The apartment sleeps up to 4 - two adults in the bedroom and two children (under 12) on the sofa bed in the lounge - and is fully licensed under AL4559.
Bedroom & Bathroom
The air-conditioned bedroom has twin beds and a wall of floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with plenty of drawer space. The modern bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower attachment, basin, bidet and WC.
Living Space
The lounge has comfortable seating for four and a satellite TV with international channels. Patio doors open onto the balcony — a sunny spot for breakfast, an evening glass of wine, and watching the light change over the sea. Air conditioning keeps it cool in high summer.
Kitchen
A well-equipped kitchen sits just off the lounge, with an electric oven, gas-and-electric hob, extractor, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Patio doors lead through to the balcony.
Roof Terrace
Guests have full use of the building's large communal roof terrace, with two sunbeds, a table and chairs — a wonderful place to take in views over the rooftops and out to sea.

Casa Vista sits a few minutes' walk from Carvoeiro's main square and town beach, where you'll find a host of restaurants, bars and shops.
Once a fishing village, Carvoeiro has grown into a thriving holiday resort while keeping much of its old-town charm - whitewashed houses, painted boats, and the cliff walk that traces the coast east toward the Algar Seco rock formations.
Several more beaches sit within a 15-minute drive - Praia do Carvalho, Praia da Marinha, and the famous Benagil sea cave among them.
Three championship 18-hole golf courses are around 10 minutes by car, alongside Slide & Splash water park and the daily market town of Lagoa.
A little further (around 20 minutes) is Zoomarine, where the children can swim with dolphins.
