Casa Eliza is a stunning high quality 1 bed apartment with sea views and own roof terrace with sea views. It is located in the heart of Carvoeiro and just 5 minutes walk to the centre so no real need to hire a car.
Eliza is in a small block of 6 apartments with a condominium pool that guests can use whenever they wish. The huge terrace (42 Sq metres and private to the apartment) is a fantastic space to enjoy your breakfast, sundowners or just to sunbathe and enjoy the amazing views on offer over the pool to the Atlantic. there are sunbeds, a table and chairs and a lounge set to enjoy your time here.
The upper terrace is accessed by a set of steps from the apartment's wrap around balcony and adjacent the stairs is a purpose built BBQ for guests' use. The apartment itself is on the upper floor of 2, and has a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything the owners could think of for a comfortable stay. Off the lounge is a large double bedroom and shower room as shown in the photos.
Casa Eliza is a 3 to 4 minutes walk to the village centre itself so a hire car or taxi is not necessary for your evenings out. This beautiful apartment has every ingredient for an enjoyable and comfortable holiday for 2 people. Winter bookings are welcomed and for long stays of over a month we can offer good discounts.

This apartment is located on Rua Manuel Afonso Maia and is a short walk to the Square and Beach of Carvoeiro village where there are a host of fantastic restaurants and bars and shops. Carvoeiro was a former fishing village and although now a thriving holiday resort, still retains much of it's charm. The town also has its own beach, with several more in the area within 15 minutes drive. Also within approximately 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx. 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins.
