Villa Gondor is a luxury 3-bedroom villa, fully air-conditioned, set in the quiet residential area of Vale da Lapa on the outskirts of Carvoeiro. Completed to the owners' specification in 2009, the villa is finished to a high standard throughout, with sea views to the south and a wrap-around upper balcony to enjoy them from.
The villa sleeps up to 6 in three double bedrooms, all en suite.
Please note: due to the modern open staircase, the villa is unsuitable for children under the age of 8.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Three double bedrooms, all en suite. One double sits on the ground floor with its own en suite, and the two upper-floor bedrooms each have luxurious en suite walk-in showers and contemporary baths. A guest cloakroom serves the ground floor.
Living Space
The ground floor opens into a spacious, light-filled living area, with the lounge, dining area and kitchen flowing into one another, plus a dedicated TV and cinema room fitted with surround sound and two comfortable loungers. The individually designed kitchen has black granite worktops, a full range of high-quality units and appliances, and a separate utility room.
A flowing solid wood staircase leads up to a beautiful open-plan landing, where two luxury leather chairs make the most of the sea views to the south. Huge patio doors open onto the wrap-around balcony, with table and chairs and sun loungers.
Pool & Gardens
The villa has a private pool with heating available on request at extra cost. Outdoor terraces give plenty of room for sunbathing and al fresco dining.

Both pedestrian and vehicle gate entry, with off-street parking for two cars.

Vale da Lapa sits on the outskirts of Carvoeiro in a quiet, serene area with views over the sea.
The centre of Carvoeiro, with its main square and town beach, is around 5 minutes' drive.
Once a fishing village, Carvoeiro has grown into a thriving holiday resort while keeping much of its old-town charm: whitewashed houses, painted boats, and the cliff walk that traces the coast east toward the Algar Seco rock formations.
Within around 10 minutes' drive are three top 18-hole championship golf courses (plus the 9-hole Vale do Milho course), Slide & Splash water park, and the daily market town of Lagoa.
A little further (around 20 minutes) is Zoomarine, where the children can swim with dolphins.
