Surrounded by mature gardens with established planting and a lawned relaxation area, the villa offers good privacy across two floors.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Three twin bedrooms, all en suite. Two on the ground floor, each with a private terrace; one upstairs, with a private balcony and sea views. Fully air-conditioned throughout.
Living Space
Entrance hallway with cloakroom and an elegant spiral staircase to the first floor. The large lounge seats up to 7, with a wide-screen TV and IPTV system carrying UK and international channels. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and full utensils.
Patio doors open from the lounge onto the large wrap-around terrace, with views south and out to sea, plus tables and seating.
Pool & Gardens
A 10 × 5m pool with gentle entry steps at the shallow end. Just off the pool is a sheltered seating area for 6 to 7 with a purpose-built BBQ nearby. Pool heating is available on request at extra cost for cooler months.

Casa das Oliveiras is around 25 minutes' walk into Carvoeiro centre, or an easy drive.
Centeanes beach is the closest, around 10 to 15 minutes on foot, with Carvoeiro beach around 30 minutes' walk.
Once a fishing village, Carvoeiro has grown into a thriving holiday resort while keeping much of its old-town charm, whitewashed houses, painted boats, and a clifftop walk that traces the coast east toward the Algar Seco rock formations.
Several more beaches sit within a 15-minute drive, including Praia da Marinha and the famous Benagil sea cave.
Around 10 minutes by car you'll find three championship 18-hole golf courses, Slide & Splash water park, and the daily market town of Lagoa.
A little further (around 20 minutes) is Zoomarine, where the children can swim with dolphins.
