Casa Cedra is a beautiful bespoke 4 bedroom villa all with en suite showers or bathrooms. It sleeps up to 8 people plus one baby in a cot. On the ground floor there is a good sized entrance hall, large kitchen with utility room, dining room/lounge and a twin bedded room with en suite together with a cloakroom. Upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms with en suites, each bedroom having access to an upstairs terrace. There are stairs up to the roof terrace with 360º fantastic views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The kitchen and utility room have washing machine, tumble dryer, large American style fridge freezer and dishwasher together with Bosch 5 place induction hob, microwave and oven - there is access to the outside dining area.The living room/dining room is very spacious with sofas and a dining room table with 8 dining chairs. There are several patio doors leading to the outside terraces. For entertainment there is a 55" Samsung LED TV with UK channels (including Sky Movies and Sports) and a DVD player. Fibre optic Wi-Fi is included in the price. Outside there is a BBQ area with sofa and chairs together with an undercover dining area outside the kitchen. The pool is a 12 x 6 metres (approx) with electric pool cover and a separate but connected jacuzzi. There aregood sized gardens surrounding the property and a driveway with double electric gates.

This fabulous 4 bed villa is very close to Carvoeiro and only minutes walk to many restaurants and the main beach of Carvoeiro is approx 10 minutes walk and Centeanes Beach is approx 15 mins walk
Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins.

A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking, then balance to be paid 2 calendar months prior to rental start.

Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Transfers
If you wish us to arrange airport transfers just let us know we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and taken direct to your accommodation.
The transfer is personal to you and you do not have to go through the agony of being the last one dropped off!! The company we use know the locations of all the properties so there is no delay in getting to your destination.
We track your flight and even if your flight is either early or late we will endeavour to be there as close to your flight arrival. Again, just ask for a quote.
