Casa OuMun is located in the small and quiet Pedra Grande resort just 20 minutes walk to the village of Carvoeiro. During this walk you will pass several restaurants plus Centianes Beach which has a beach restaurant to the side. The Centeanes area itself has it’s own range of bars, cafes and restaurants and shops. There is a short cut pathway to the mini mercado store at Rocha Brava - just 5 mins walk. There is also a gym and tennis facilities there plus a lively bar and restaurant with live music during the evenings for those you don’t wish to venture into the village.

Casa OuMun is a spacious beautifully decorated air conditioned property with wood flooring throughout. There ia twin bedded room, one double and 2 bath/shower rooms. It will accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby in a cot. A fully fitted kitchen includes washing machine and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a lovely breakfast area. The living room has 2 large sofas, wi-fi, wall mounted large screen tv with Sat channels. There is a log fire if needed for winter rentals. Outside the lounge is a spacious covered area with table and chairs. There is a good size condominium pool close by on site,

This beautiful 2 bed property is approx 10 minutes walk to Centeanes Beach and its restaurant and approx 20 mins walk to many facilities, including restaurants, the main square and the Carvoeiro beach

Carvoeiro was a former fishing village and although now a thriving holiday resort, still retains much of it's charm. The town also has its own beach, with several more in the area within 15 minutes drive. 

Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins.

A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking, then balance to be paid 2 calendar months prior to rental start.

Air conditioning is included in the price.

£150 returnable damages deposit required, returned in full after the end of your holiday

Airport transfers can be arranged on request.

Transfers

If you wish us to arrange airport transfers just let us know we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and taken direct to your accommodation. 

The transfer is personal to you and you do not have to go through the agony of being the last one dropped off!! The company we use know the locations of all the properties so there is no delay in getting to your destination.

We track your flight and even if your flight is either early or late we will endeavour to be there as close to your flight arrival. Again, just ask for a quote.
