There are three bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), 2 bathroom/shower rooms and a large pool terrace to the front with sunbeds and bbq. To the rear of the villa is a pretty garden with stone table and benches and a further bbq. There is a safety gate to the pool area for child safety. The lounge has a flat screen TV with UK TV channels through satellite and free wi-fi. There is also a dvd player. The villa is on a single level apart from steps to the roof terrace where there is extra seating - beautiful views of the countryside and sea can be seen from here. Villa Felicidade is a beautiful villa at an affordable price and makes an idea villa for couples or family.

Within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, plus the 9 hole of Vale do Milho  which is about 10 minutes walk away. There is also the water park of Slide and Splash, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops a 10 minute drive away. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins. There are many beaches in the area - the nearest being Centeanes Beach - about 10 minutes walk whilst Carvoeiro is about15-20 minutes .. Fully licenced under Alojamento Local   AL14004

Pool heating available at extra cost, if required.

A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking, then balance to be paid 2 calendar months prior to rental start.

£150 returnable damages deposit required,

Changeover days are flexible depending on month.


Airport transfers can be arranged on request.

Transfers

If you wish us to arrange airport transfers just let us know we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and taken direct to your accommodation. 

The transfer is personal to you and you do not have to go through the agony of being the last one dropped off!! The company we use know the locations of all the properties so there is no delay in getting to your destination.

We track your flight and even if your flight is either early or late we will endeavour to be there as close to your flight arrival. Again, just ask for a quote.
