Casa Isobel is a spacious, 4 bed villa with the benefit of a pool (pool heating at additional cost), air con, en suite sitting room to the master bedroom and 3 bath/shower rooms and cloakroom. The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and also approx 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach. The kitchen and the breakfast room are both modern and of good size with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. There is a table and chairs in the breakfast area and this has patio doors to the garden. The dining area has the enclosed atrium leading off it with Portuguese tiled bench and table. The sitting room leads from the dining room and has three settees and flat screen tv with UK channels. Patio doors lead off to the pool terrace with tables and chairs and bbq to one side. The pool is a good size with pool heating if required. All the bedrooms are good size with one on the ground floor having an en suite shower/bathroom and two bedrooms share a bath/shower room. There is also a separate cloakroom. The master bedroom, upstairs, with its en suite sitting room and shower room is a lovely space with good sized terrace with great views of the local countryside and sea. The villa has air con throughout.

Wonderful villa, close to all amenities in Carvoeiro - approx 15 minutes walk to restaurants and bars and a further 5 minutes to the main beach and Square. Just off the popular Areias dos Moinhos area and is within an easy walk to Centeanes Beach
Carvoeiro was a former fishing village and although now a thriving holiday resort, still retains much of it's charm. The town also has its own beach, with several more in the area within 15 minutes drive.
Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins.

A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking, then balance to be paid 2 calendar months prior to rental start.
Air conditioning is available and inclusive in the price.
£150 returnable damages deposit required.
Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Transfers
If you wish us to arrange airport transfers just let us know we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and taken direct to your accommodation.
The transfer is personal to you and you do not have to go through the agony of being the last one dropped off!! The company we use know the locations of all the properties so there is no delay in getting to your destination.
We track your flight and even if your flight is either early or late we will endeavour to be there as close to your flight arrival. Again, just ask for a quote.
