Downstairs there is a separate unit with a kitchen, separate sitting room, and two bedrooms (intercomunicating - ideal for small families) and a shower room. This section has its own covered outside sitting area with large dining room table and chairs.

The pool is very private and is surrounded by hedging and has a stylish sun shade covering the table and chairs for al fresco dining.

There is also off road parking for approximately three vehicles.

From the roof terrace there are wonderful views of the local area and towards the sea
