There are quadruple patio doors leading to a fantastic balcony with views reaching over the sea and to Portimao and the colourful marina at Praia da Rocha. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine leading off the lounge area. On this floor there is also a bedroom with large fitted warrobes and tv . The lovely shower room is also on this floor.
Upstairs via an impressive stainless steel and wooden spiral staircase there is a large bedroom and lounge area together with another balcony with more spectacular views.
