Vila Castelo is close to Ferragudo - about 5 minutes walk to the many restaurants and bars. Also about 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Ferragudo is a lovely old fishing village retains many lovely old features, cobbled streets, painted boats on the harbour yet has a good range of restaurants and bars, several overlooking the harbour towards Portimao
