Situated in large attractive and well established gardens of the owner's villa, this two bedroom property has spacious and comfortable accomodation.

Guests have the sole use of the swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) . The terracing surrounding the pool is spacious and has fantastic views to the sea. The garden is extremely large and there is also a bbq for guests to use.

This cottage is in the grounds of a large villa and is totally self contained. Leading to the property, down a long gravelled drive with electric gates there is ample parking .

The living room/dining room/kitchen are all open plan. The kitchen is well fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and many other appliances. There is a breakfast bar and then the dining area and living area with patio doors leading to the outside terrace. The living room has free to air satelite, tv and dvd player.

The double bedroom is of good size and has an air con unit as has the bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Outside the terracing and grounds are very large with wonderful sea views. Please note that the owners are never present in the main villa when guests are booked into the cottage. This means that guests have full use of the garden, pool and complete grounds
