The apartments are fully air conditioned and benefit from satellite TV, radio, safe, and two bath/shower rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity, including a washing machine, oven and microwave.
Guests have exclusive use of the huge outdoor swimming pool, and shallow children's pool, (heated in winter months), with free access to the gymnasium, tennis courts and a children's play area.
A Health club with sauna and massage room is also available for a small additional charge. The Palms Clubhouse is centrally on-site and provides breakfast, snacks, drinks and A La Carte meals.

The townhouses are situated some 15 minutes walk from Carvoeiro and it's fantastic bars and restaurants, and 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Centeanes Beach and it's restaurant perched alongside.
A local road train is available to transport people to and from the centre during the summer season.
Attractions such as Zoomarine, and the two splash parks (Aqualand and Slide & Splash) are within 20 minutes drive.
If golf is your penchant, there are 2 championship 18 hole golf courses, (Gramacho and Pinta) located just 6 minutes from the resort.
Special green fees with substantial discounts are available for guests.
A whole variety of boat trips (coastal and river), are available from the jetty at Portimao which is approx 15 mins drive.
Some trips are also available from Carvoeiro Beach in the centre.

Notes to the rental rates
Prices for one bedroom townhouse are for up to 3 persons occupying on a self-catering basis. A daily breakfast supplement is available at 7.50 euros per adult and 5.50 euros for children under 12 years. Between 15 Jul - 25 Aug the min period is 7 days. (8, 9 or 10 day bookings are welcomed). Rates include daily maid service except Sundays and public holidays. Linen and towels are changed twice weekly. Gym and tennis courts usage free of charge. Minimal addititional charge for Health Club and Sauna facilities. A 25% deposit is required to seal the booking. The balance is required 2 calendar months prior to arrival.
