Erics Castelo is situated in the quiet suburb of Areias dos Moinhos, but close enough to Carvoeiro to walk in during the day or for evening meals. A 15 minute walk will take you into Carvoeiro with it's excellent selection of bars and restaurants.
The fabulous Centeanes Beach is also close by and reached by a 15 minute walk. The Carvoeiro beach is situated in the centre of Carvoeiro.
The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac area, therefore there is little or no traffic noise, creating a peaceful and secure surrounding, especially where child safety is concerned.
From most aspects of the villa, a large variety of foliage, huge palm trees and masses of Oleanders surround both sides of the villa. The villa's walk-around garden surrounds the pool at a lower level and there is a relaxing Gazebo with table and chairs to shelter from the heat of the sun. There are also lovely sea views to the Atlantic from the roof terrace.

Situated in an extremely peaceful and scenic area of Carvoeiro, this spacious 4 bedroomed villa is ideal for large family holidays. Well maintained, with fabulous gardens, this villa has everything for a comfortable and fun-packed holiday. The villa boasts 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms, one of which is ideal for children and sleeps up to 5 with its own lounge. There are two sun terraces, one roof terrace with amazing views, a well equipped kitchen with separate utility room, and a large pool area with shower and purpose-built BBQ with al fresco dining area. There is off-street parking behind gates for vehicle security.
There are several top class 18 hole golf courses within 20 minutes drive, a well-designed 9 hole at Vale de Milho (5 mins), and a multitude of attractions such as ZOOMARINE (where you can swim with dolphins), two Slide and Splash parks, and a Zoo, all within 20-25 mins driving distance. There is something for everyone at this villa!

Notes to the rental ratesA 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking. The balance plus a returnable £150 Breakages and damages deposit will be required 2 calendar months prior to arrival.Changeover days are Saturdays. Others may be available on request. Rates are based on 8 persons occupying. Each additional person over 8 people is charged at a small extra charge. Linen is changed every week, towels every 3-4 days. For a small extra charge, the maid will do any washing or ironing required during guests' stay on request. Pool Heating is available during the colder months if required. £150 is charged for the first week, £50 for the second. (First week due to start up costs. The pool is heated to the required temp on arrival, not merely switched on, on arrival).Check in time is 1400, check out is 1000.
