The penthouse is situated in a fantastic development, Quinta da Boa Nova, just outside Ferragudo. The complex has a large swimming pool, child's pool and a restaurant and bar. There are also two tennis courts.
The area is beautifully landscaped and the views from the apartment, with it's elevated position, affords fantastic views to both the sea and mountains.
The quaint fishing village of Ferragudo, with it's numerous restaurants and bars is a mere 5 mins drive.
There are 2 18-hole championship golf courses within 15 mins. All the major attractions such as Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide & Splash are within 20/25 mins from the apartment, with the fabulous Caneiros Beach, and it's restaurant on stilts, a mere 3 mins.
Notes to the rental ratesAbove prices are based on a max of 6 persons. Additional child or baby in cot can be accommodated at a minimal extra charge. Rates include weekly linen change, towel change mid week and maid service weekly. 25% deposit is required to seal the booking. Balance plus returnable £100 breakages and damages deposit required 2 calendar months prior to arrival.
