Casa Venusto has been recently fully renovated to a high standard, with new bathrooms/shower rooms and new kitchen. The swimming pool has been redesigned and has the benefit of pool heating (at an extra cost).

It is very spacious with all the bedrooms of a good size. There are four bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathroom/shower rooms. The master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool.

The lounge/dining room area, which also overlook the swimming pool, is of a very good size and is beautifully furnished with flat screen plasma tv with free to view satellite channels, DVD and also a high fi system.

The kitchen is of an extremely good size with table and chairs. There is everything you could need in this fully equipped kitchen - hob, oven, fitted microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate room.

Outside by the pool is a bbq and sun loungers for eight people - there is also a further table and chairs close by. The pool is approximately 9 x 4.5 metres with a roman end which is closed off from the main part of the pool and shallower for children's use. The pool is very private. There is also a child fsecurity ence which can be installed for the pool area if required.

From the roof terrace, which is gated, there are fantastic views of the area and views towards the sea
