Casa Suzie is a wonderful villa in a get away from it all location and benefits from fantastic views and its own pool and jacuzzi.
It has very spacious grounds surrounding it and is very private. The villa itself is of good size and has 4 bedrooms in the main part of the villa, a large annexe with its own kitchen area, en suite shower room and another bedroom with en suite shower room which has its own separate entrance.
The living room overlooks the pool area and has a good range of sofas and chairs and is very light and spacious
The master bedroom, on the first floor, is fantastic, has an en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool area and spectacular views over the countryside
There is a great dining room with wood burning stove for those winter nights and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen.
All the bathrooms and shower rooms are modern and are attractively fitted with lovely tiling and fittings.
The swimming pool is approximately 9.5 metres long with a separate area overlooking the pool for sunbathing. There is a bbq close to the pool area.
Another great feature of this villa is the jacuzzi which has its own covered area by the side of the villa.

Location
Silves
Casa Suzie is located close to the historic town of Silves, dating back to the Moorish times and still retaining a wonderful castle.
The countryside around Silves is breathtaking and this area is one of the major orange and lemon growing areas is Portugal.
However it is still only 15 - 20 minutes from the coast and many attractions ie Slide and Splash are within the same distance.

Notes to the rental rates Changeovers days are flexible. The above rates are based on 12 people occupying. For an extra person a small additional charge is required to cover laundry and utilities. A 25% deposit is required to seal the booking and then the balance together with a breakages and damages deposit is required 2 months prior to the holiday commencing Entry on arrival day is 2pm and then exit on departure day is 10am.
