Casa Miraserra is a beautifully designed imposing villa set in the peaceful area of Salicos about 7 minutes drive from Carvoeiro.

Entry is via the remotely controlled gates into the drive with parking for several cars. The ground floor of the villa comprises a good sized lounge/dining area with patio doors to the terraces and bbq area, a large kitchen with utility off, 2 bedrooms, one en suite and the independent bathroom. The first floor is wonderful with an impressive hallway/staircase and landing. From here there are two bedrooms with en suite bathroom/shower rooms and then the landing leads to a large terrace with lovely views and has table, chairs and jacuzzi.

On the pool terraces there are ample sunbeds and further tables and chairs for dining. The pool has underwater lighting, steps into the pool from the roman end and a shallow end of 0.6 metres and a deep end of 1.6metres.

The villa is very well equipped with air conditioning throughout and also central heating via radiators. Two of the bedrooms have dressing areas and also balconies (overlooking the front of the villa). There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms. There is also a z bed for a child and a cot if required - sleeping in total a maximum of 10 people.

The kitchen is a good size with dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, oven and hob and many other facilities - the utility room has the washing machine, ironing board and board. In the living room/dining area there are two sofas and various chairs with plasma tv and SKY free to view channels. There is also a Playstation 2 and games.The dining area has a table and 6 chairs - this room leads out to the terrace with the views towards the countryside.

Overall this is an outstanding villa in a peaceful location with views to the back, a good size pool and also the added benefit of a jacuzzi/spa bath on the upstairs terrace.
