Casa Mimosa is situated in the development known as Boa Nova which is situated just outside Ferragudo and about a 10 minute drive from Carvoeiro.
All the major attractions such as Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide and Splash are within 20-25 mintues drive and the fabulous Caneiros Beach is a short distance of about 3 minutes drive away.

Casa Mimosa is a bright and modern, beautifully designed 2 bedroom townhouse in the picturesque complex of Boa Nova near Ferragudo. Tastefully designed in colour themes by the owners, the townhouse oozes quality with designer furniture, electronic shutters and a beautiful external ambience with superby manicured gardens surrounding the area
The lower floor consists of the spacious lounge/dining area with terrace off, extensively fitted modern kitchen with utility room and rear terrace and cloakroom. From the entrance area, a mable staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two tastefully decorated en suite bedrooms, both with their own terraces. Bedroom one has views towards Portimao and the views are fantastic.
The lounge has a 32" Samsung plasma tv connected to FreeSat SKY tv and a 6 speaker home cinema system for guests entertainment.
The terrace off the lounge has a large table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining.
There are mosquito nets fitted throughout and also electric shutters.
Free tennis is available for guests and the large swimming pool together with the children's pool is close by. There are two tennis courts.
The complete development is beautifully landscaped and the views are wonderful - sea, mountain and city views

Notes to the rental rates
The above prices are based on 4 people, however just a small extra charge is added for the 5th person to cover utilities and laundry.
Linen changed once weekly (based on two week holiday) and the towels are changed every 3 - 4 days Entry time on arrival day is 2pm and exit on departure day is 10am
