Boa Nova is a new development situated about 5 minutes drive outside Ferragudo and about 10 minutes drive from Carvoeiro. All the major attractions such as Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide and Splash are within 20/25 minutes from the property, with the fabulous Caneiros Beach about 3 minutes drive away.

Casa Jontal is a beautifully furnished and decorated townhouse. It is on two floors and entrance is via the elegant hallway which leads to the lounge/dining room and the kitchen and guest WC. Large patio doors allow access to the private lower terrace, where there is a solid granite table and six comfortable chairs for your al fresco dining and for enjoying the excellent views on offer.
The lounge has a very comfortable cream leather sofa and 2 chairs to enable guests to sit back and enjoy the 32" LCD TV (SKY FTA), music system, both connected to the home cinema system.
Access to the two upstairs bedrooms are via a marble staircase, with child safety gate at the top. Both bedrooms are en-suite and one has it's own small balcony.
The complete property is air-conditioned, has mosquito nets throughout and also electric shutters.

Notes to the rental rates A 25% deposit is required to seal the booking. Balance and breakages and damages deposit required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival. Above prices are based 4 persons. If 5th or 6th persons, there will be a small additional charge to cover laundry and facilities. Long term lets outside summer season may be available. Towels are changed twice weekly (ie every 3-4 days), linen changed once weekly. Maid service once weekly.
