Casa Grandy is situated in the very leafy Gaivota complex, very close to Ferragudo.
It is situated only 10 minutes stroll from the fabulous Caneiros Beach and its restaurant on stilts, and a few minutes drive into Ferragudo itself.
The townhouse is spacious and is perfect for a family wishing to get away for a break in peaceful surroundings.
There are two well appointed bedrooms, both with en-suite bath/shower rooms. Both bedrooms have balconies via patio doors.
The lounge/dining area is furnished with quality seating and table, and off the lounge through patio doors is a very spacious lower sun terrace which is extremely private.
A large table with 6 chairs is supplied here for guests' enjoyment.
The kitchen is very well equipped and also on the lower floor, is a separate WC/washbasin.
There is a private space for car parking, immediately outside the front door.

Changeovers are Thursdays, but alternative days may be available on request. Above rates are for max of 4 adults and 1 baby. Additional Z bed (most suited to a child up to 14) available at an additional rate of 10% of base price (or max of £50 per week). Casa Grandy is situated in the famous Gaivota Holiday complex, some 3 minutes drive from the centre of Ferragudo where there are many superb restaurants and bars to choose from.
10 minutes drive gets you into the lively Carvoeiro area.
Gaivota has its own restaurant and mini-supermarket for your day to day shopping but there is a larger supermarket 10 minutes drive away.
Caneiros beach, with it's superb beach side restaurant is just around the corner with a 10 minute stroll.
Within 10 minutes walk are 3 restaurants catering for all tastes. One of which is the 'Piano Bar Restaurant' with great food and an unequalled ambiance.
Several championship golf courses are within 20 minutes drive, and there is also a par 3, 9-hole course for the not so experienced, 15 mins drive away.
All the attractions such as two water splash parks and Zoomarine are within 20/25 minutes drive.
Everything is at your fingertips here and has every ingredient for a fun-packed family holiday.
