Casa Bah is a beautiful modern villa, with a very stylish decor and has every ingredient for a fantastic family holiday.

On 3 floors, this imposing villa has every amenity the owners could think of. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and a shower room, with patio door access to a balcony and roof terrace with excellent views. The ground floor has 2 large en-suite colour-coded bedrooms, the spacious lounge and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, and guests WC.

Stairs from the hallway lead down to a further 5th bedroom served by a separate shower room. This bedroom has direct access through patio doors onto the pool terrace. One of the huge attractions of this villa is the large games room with an entertainment area that will keep children (and adults) busy for hours.

The pool terrace has tables and chairs for Al Fresco dining, a BBQ and sun loungers. The 10 x 5 M pool has an attractive Roman Step entrance at the shallow end, 30cm in depth, rising gradually to 2M.

Rental basis is per property quoted in British Pounds.

Notes to the rental ratesA 25% deposit is required to seal the booking. The balance plus a £200 Breakages and Damages deposit is required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival. Air conditioning is included in the rates. A cot can be supplied on request. Towels will be changed every 3 or 4 days, linen every 7 days and full clean with the change of linen. If required, pool heating charge is £150 per week for the first week, then £50 per week thereafter. Price for first week as shown because the heater is placed on boost 3 days before guests' arrival to ensure temp is at the required level for arrival, and not merely switched on at that time. Gas BBQ is available at the pool terrace, no charge for the gas used. Free starter/welcome pack for guests on arrival.
