Notes to the rental rates
Above rental rates based on 4 persons. A Z bed may be available at additional minimal cost. A 25% deposit is required to seal the booking. The balance plus Breakages and Damages deposit is required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival. All linen, bath towels, utilities are included in the price. Linen changed once per week, towels mid week. Maid service for midweek clean and after 7 days if staying for 14 or more days.
